At Peas ‘n’ Pod, food is serious business, but catering is fun. Each of our menus is custom-designed, so we are able to offer our clients a wide range of tastes and global flavors. We’re known for our attention to detail, excellent service and elegant presentation.
Since 1996, Chef Catherine O’Brien and business partner Glenda Griswold have catered thousands of events, ranging from intimate dinner parties to large corporate gatherings and major fundraisers in and around Santa Fe.
Prior to arriving in Santa Fe, “the girls” worked in Washington, D.C. in the food service industry. Chef Catherine is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island, and Glenda is an alumna of American University. They both love to travel and collect new recipes and unique service pieces.
Chef Catherine appeared on The Food Network’s hit show Chopped on December 13, 2016, in episode 3118 titled “Sweet Heat.”
Peas ‘n’ Pod believes in giving back to our community. We provide catering support for the New Mexico Museum Foundation, the Cancer Foundation of New Mexico, the Santa Fe Animal Shelter, Kitchen Angels, Girls Inc. of Santa Fe, ArtFeast and the Assurance Home in Roswell, New Mexico, among many other wonderful organizations and causes. Catie’s Bodacious Barbecue
Available for groups of 15 or more as a pickup, drop-off or a full-blown hoedown, this division of Peas ‘n’ Pod can create the perfect barbecue for you. Please note: because we smoke our meats for 12 hours minimum, we require 48 hours notice on all barbecue orders.
